Ingredients:  organic fractionated coconut oil, therapeutic-grade essential oils of lavender, lemon, peppermint, and copaiba
 
Instructions:  **massage onto wrists, back of neck, forehead, bottoms of feet or area of discomfort. Close your eyes and take deep breaths of what remains on your hands after application.  Because of peppermint, be careful around the eyes.
